Youtopia Trapenses is a Wellness Club that allows you to enjoy an experience that seeks to balance your body, mind, and soul. The club is equipped with a fitness room, four individual studios that hold more than 160 instructor-directed classes, a semi-Olympic pool, and a pilates room. It is also equipped with changing rooms that have lockers and laundry services, a separate sauna room and steam room, pool, jacuzzi, as well as a spa (where you can book massages, facials, and body treatments). Youtopia Trapenses also provides the Wellness Cycle, which offers comprehensive advice in four key areas: Kinesiology, Fitness, Nutrition, and Spa Therapy. Inside the club, you can also find the Deli, a healthy food restaurant that is also used as a co-working space.

MEMBERSHIPS

MI MEMBRESÍA

There are four kind of memberships:

 

Full Membership: Unlimited access to Fitness, instructor-directed classes, swimming pool, Spa, changing rooms, Wellness Cycle, discounts on Personal Trainer, Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Spa Therapies services. Access the Youtopia Company App, Content Performance, and Day Pass for your guests.

 

Full Family Membership: It’s a group membership for when a direct relative joins the holder, they would receive a discount on their Full Membership.

 

Valle Membership: The membership has access to the Club from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. During weekends you would get unlimited access to all of the facilities. You would access four studios with more than 160 instructor-directed classes, a swimming pool, Spa, changing rooms, Wellness Cycle, Kinesiology services, nutrition, and Spa Therapies. You could also use the Youtopia Company App, Content Performance, and Day Pass for your guests.

 

Junior Valle Membership: This membership is designed for people between the ages of 18 and 24 years old between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and unlimited access during the weekends to Fitness, directed classes, swimming pool, Spa, changing rooms, Wellness Cycle, discount on Personal Trainer and Kinesiology, Nutrition and Spa Therapy services. Access the Youtopia Company App, Content Performance, and Day Pass for your guests.

You can request your membership through our youtopia company website. We will contact you to coordinate a visit, or you can approach the Club directly. Registration is only done in person at the front desk. 

The benefits of membership in Trapenses are:

The membership benefits are renewed according to each service. For instance,  performance tickets are renewed monthly,  Wellness Cycle tickets every six months, and the Day Passes are replaced annually or after a 12-month cycle is complete.

It is an exclusive membership benefit that consists of comprehensive advice in four key areas; Kinesiology, Fitness, Nutrition, and Spa Therapies. Within our assessment, we will help you meet your goals from a holistic and personal standpoint.

 

Semester Advice

1 Kinesiology: We would analyze your history of injuries and movement patterns and supply you with an exercise plan based on the evaluation.

 

6 Fitness Plans: We would see your athletic history and measure your body composition to design a training plan according to the goals you want to meet.

 

1 Nutrition: We would review your past eating habits and examine your overall body composition to provide a nutritional plan according to your goals and needs.

 

1 Spa Therapy: We give you a holistic facial as well as provide recommendations based on your needs and wants

 

Although you can start the wellness cycle in the order you prefer, we recommend starting with Kinesiology to include movement analysis in Fitness.

In My Profile > Wellness Cycle, you can access the return of each consultation. Inside it, you will find the details of your query and the plans made by the staff.

DAY PASS

It is a free pass valid for one day, so non-members can enjoy the Youtopia Trapenses facilities, including the Fitness room, Studios, Spa, and changing rooms.

Day Passes are restored with your annual membership renewal or after a 12-month cycle. They are not cumulative.

Yes, you can give your day-pass to whomever you want so that person can get to know and enjoy the Youtopia experience.

PERFORMANCE

An outdoor transdisciplinary training program designed specifically to focus on the individual and their goals. It consists of more than 150 classes, weekly and personal training. It is located in Av. Monseñor Escrivá de Balaguer 5980, Vitacura.

In addition to the benefits of your membership, you can access a personal locker and laundry service with an additional payment.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

There is the option of a monthly payment with recurring charges to your bank card or an annual charge with a single expense. When you start your membership, there is a one-time onboarding fee. Only debit and credit cards are accepted.

To renew or modify your membership, you must do it at the front desk at the Club. It is not possible to renew memberships through the App or the website.

If we cannot charge membership fees to your card, we will block access to the club through the QR code until you mend your situation.

 

We will terminate your membership contract if you do not regularize the payment and owe two months of fees. In that case, paying the debt and applying for new membership will be necessary.

You can instantly approach the front desk to solve the issue to pay the pending amount. You can also add a new card by editing your payment methods from the Youtopia Company App.

Suppose your membership expires, and you still have sessions available from a Personal Trainer Pack. In that case, we will save your sessions until you reactivate your membership. Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Spa Therapies tickets already purchased will remain the same, and you will be able to attend your scheduled. reservations.

Yes, you can defer your membership with a medical note. To do this, you must approach front desk.

If you decide to defer your membership, your access to the Youtopia Company App will be limited during the established time, preventing you from accessing the membership benefits. We will block your QR code access to the Club. In addition, The Club will cancel all membership reservations (Studio, Fitness, Pool, Personal Trainer, Performance gift tickets, and Wellness Cycle) dated within the frozen period. You will lose your reservations without canceling them within the allotted cancelation period. Only reservations for Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Spa Therapies will remain active.

 

Suppose you have an active Personal Trainer contract while activating your membership deferral. In that case, that will also “freeze” until you resume your membership. Once the deferral period ends, you can re-access the Club. The Youtopia Company App will reactivate the Membership functions. It is important to note that the minimum deferral period is three months.

You will still have access to the Youtopia Company App. However, you will be exchanged to a User account with restricted content. You will no longer have access to the membership account’s benefits. Nevertheless, you can continue using the Kinesiology, Nutrition, Spa Therapy, and Performance services.

SERVICES

You can purchase Kinesiology, Nutrition, Spa Therapy, Personal Trainer, and Performance services through the Youtopia Company App or at the front desk inside the Club.

BOOKINGS

To book a class at Trapenses Club, select the “Project” -> category (Fitness, Studios, or Pool and Wellness Cycle) and set the discipline you want to book in the subcategories. Customize the reservation according to dates, times, and staff, schedule the space in the class, and confirm the reservation.

 

To reserve Personal Trainer or Spa Therapies at Club Trapenses, you must first select the Project. In the categories, choose Personal Trainer or Spa Therapy and select the service you want to reserve in the subcategories. Customize the reservation according to dates, times, and staff, schedule the space in the class, and confirm the reservation. You can book up to 5 minutes after the reservation time begins.

 

To book Performance, first, you have to select the Project. In the categories, choose plans or packs and select the service you want to book in the subcategories. Customize the reservation according to dates, times, and staff, schedule the space in the class, and confirm the reservation.

All services require prior bookings except the fitness area and Spa (sauna, steam room, pool, and Jacuzzi), as well as the Deli restaurant.

Through the Youtopia Company app, you can book classes up to 5 minutes after the start of the class in studios, fitness, and the  swimming pool.

You can reserve the session up to 5 minutes after starting the session.

Once you attend your Personal Trainer class at Club Trapenses, you must burn the class using a QR code with your Personal Trainer. Otherwise, the class will burn as unattended.

In the DUO, TRIO or GROUP mode, the session will be considered completed if at least one of the members attends. Only the holder of the purchase/reservation can burn the session. If he does not attend, the burning can be done remotely.

In Personal Trainer at Club Trapenses you can burn your reservation from the beginning of your session until the end of the day.

In Studios, 15 minutes late is accepted. Then, we recommend not entering so as not to miss the warm-up, which is focused on preventing injuries. In Therapy and Personal Trainer, we wait for you 15 minutes, in case you arrive later, if a new reservation has not been scheduled, the session will be held in the remaining time.

If you do not arrive, the session is considered completed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

You can cancel or reschedule from My Profile > My Reserved Tickets. Respect the advance time for each service so as not to miss the session: Performance Pack up to 4 hours before, Personal Trainer Performance up to 10 hours before, Trappist Therapy and Personal Trainer up to 10 hours before and Wellness Cycle up to 4 hours before.

You can cancel it at any time, but in order not to miss the session it is important to respect the time in advance: Performance Pack up to 4 hours before, Personal Trainer Performance up to 10 hours before, Trappist Therapy and Personal Trainer up to 10 hours before and Wellness Cycle up to 4 hours before.

If you cancel within the periods defined in the cancellation policies of each service, your session will be available to reschedule. If you cancel after the deadline, you lose your credit or session. If there is any unforeseen event on the part of our Staff, the session will return to an Open Ticket so that you can reschedule with whoever you want and whenever you want.

You can choose to train with the Staff you want, choosing it at the time of making your reservation by the Youtopia Company App or by RAC.

RECURRING PAYMENT CONTRACTS

You will not be able to use your monthly pack until you regularize your situation, that is, your open ticket will not be charged for you to reserve the service. After the second month of debt, the contract will be automatically canceled.

GENERAL

We are a unique training format that works under the transdisciplinary method, where the athlete is the center of everything that happens in Performance. Very personalized plans which you will advance at your own pace according to your availability to train. As a complement to training there are disciplines such as Boxing, Wrestling and Lifting, as well as Cycle, Body Pump, Booty, Hiit, Functional classes. Every day a new challenge is our motto so dare and come to know the Performance experience.

In the outdoor facilities of Youtopia Vitacura (Av. Monseñor Escrivá de Balaguer 5970, Vitacura). You will have parking spaces enabled especially for you.

The program and gym allows entry from 16 years and older. We have academies at specific times during the week where children from 6 to 15 years old are allowed in disciplines such as corssfit kids, boxing and wrestling.

If you want to try our training methodology, come to the gym and schedule a test session so you can start training. You will be received by the best professionals who will encourage you to continue training with us and achieve your goals.

To get started, download the Youtopia App from the App Store / Google Play. Register by completing all the requested information. Check the plan that best suits you and simply book at your preferred times to start the gym experience.

The credits are valid for 30, 45 and 90 days depending on the pack you buy. In the case of having a plan, the credits are unlimited and the validity is given by the time purchased for the plan, which can be 3, 6 or 12 months.

SERVICES

In addition to classes, we have several professionals available at different times of the day for those who want a one-on-one or group experience. To access this service it is not necessary to have an active plan, but you can only contract the PT service for either 1, 10 or 20 sessions, which you schedule in the same application with the professional that best suits your needs. You can always be advised at reception for this process and of course you can ask for an interview with the professional to clear up any doubts you may have.

We have free lockers for all our users with a password system. Performance is part of Youtopia Outdoor that includes tennis and paddle tennis, an area that has bathrooms and showers for all attendees. Each user must bring their towel both for training and for the shower.

It is an exclusive benefit of membership that consists of comprehensive advice in four key areas; Kinesiology, Fitness, Nutrition and Spa Therapy, so you can meet your goals with a holistic and personal perspective.

 

Annual consultancies:

  • 1 Kinesiology: we carry out a functional evaluation to see if there are movement dysfunctions in order to prioritize their solution by preventing training injuries.
  • 6 Fitness: We detect alterations in the movement pattern to prevent future injuries. In the event that there is an altered pattern, we give you a guideline of corrective exercises.
  • 1 Clinical or Sports Nutrition: Evaluation based on body composition edits through folds or Inbody to then design your personalized nutritional guideline.
  • 1 Spa Therapy: Holistic diagnosis: facial and body to then recommend treatments according to your bio-individuality.

 

Although you can do the assessments in the order you prefer, we recommend starting with Kinesiology to include movement analysis in Fitness.

In My Profile > Wellness Cycle, you can access the return of each consultation, in it you will find the details of your consultation and the plans made by your professional.

WALLET

My Profile > Wallet, if you are a Member, you will find the monthly Performance tickets and the annual Day Passes included in your membership. If you are a User, you find the DayPasses that have been given to you or you have the option to buy one. In addition, you can see all your purchases made in Purchase History

The Performance Tickets are renewed every month, the Wellness Cycle is renewed every 6 months and the Day Passes are annual and are charged when you renew your annual membership or after a 12-month cycle.

DAY PASS

GENERAL

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In My Profile > Settings > you can edit all your data except name, RUT and date of birth.

In My Profile > Settings > My Preferences you can answer our questions about goals, tastes and practices. This will allow us to get to know you better and give you recommendations.

PAYMENT METHODS

In My Profile > Settings > Payment Methods, you can add or change your cards.

You can add as many cards as you want. It is important that you predetermine their uses, that is, configure what type of charges will be associated with each one.

In My Profile > Settings > Payment Methods, you will find your cards. To predetermine the charges associated with each card, you must click on the card and select the Services and/or Membership option. If you have a single card, it will be automatically defaulted to pay for Services and Membership. It is not possible to delete a card while it is associated with an active contract.

In My Profile > Settings > Payment Methods, you can add debit and credit cards. You can also add foreign cards.

MEMBERSHIPS

You will still have access to the App but you will move to a User account with limited content. You will no longer have access to the benefits that the membership granted you. In any case, you will be able to continue using the Therapy and Performance services.

PURCHASE

All our services are purchased in the Book&Buy section. If you are a Member, you can buy Personal Trainer, Therapy (Kinesiology, Nutrition and Spa) and Performance. If you are a User, you can buy Therapy and Performance.

To buy a service, you must first select the Project, then the Service, customize the purchase according to your preferences and finally make the payment. If the purchase was successful, you will have an Open Ticket.

Yes, you can. Your purchase will be saved in an Open Ticket, you can reserve it immediately after making the purchase or search for your Open Ticket in My Profile and reserve it whenever you want.

It is a Youtopia digital Wellness content platform with more than 10,000 minutes of training alongside the best faces. In Content, you will find recorded classes of different disciplines specially designed so that you can train from, wherever and whenever you want.

There are low, medium and high intensity workouts by our experts. You will find workouts such as Total Body, Hiit, Pilates and Booty focused on strengthening the entire body and the different muscle groups. Also, you can enjoy elongation, concentration and flexibility classes such as Yoga, Body Balance, Stretching and Meditation.

Yes, you just have to press the Search button (magnifying glass) on the top right. You can filter by intensity, category or duration.

Yes you can through Chromecast. Just follow the steps below: 1. Make sure your mobile phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Chromecast device. 2. Open the Google Home app. 3. Touch and hold the card of the device you want to cast the screen to. 4. Press Cast.

ACCESS

You can access from the Youtopia Company App or from the Youtopia.Company website, by logging in with the same email and password from the App associated with your membership or by creating an account with the Access Code if you have a Company Agreement. In addition, if you bought a Pack or Performance Cycle you will have access until the expiration of the latter.

The digital content is only for Members, Users with an active Pack or Performance Cycle contract and User with a Company Agreement. You can request your membership through the Youtopia Company App and website and we will contact you or you can go directly to the Youtopia Trappists reception.

It is an agreement of some companies with Youtopia, where their collaborators have free access to the content of the platform as Digital Corp. To do this, users must register their account with the requested data and an Access Code that their company provides them with in advance. This user is used to access Content and the Youtopia Company App where they can enjoy different paid services.

Go to youtopia-content.company, select Create Account with Company Agreement and create your account with your RUT and the rest of the requested data, including the Access Code. You will have access to Content until the expiration date of your code. Remember that with the same account you can access the Youtopia Company App.

Yes you can, you will have access to the Therapy services of Club Trapenses (Nutrition, kinesiology and Spa) and Performance (classes and personal trainer) of Club Vitacura.

You can only have one active session. You have the possibility to log in on the device you prefer, but keep in mind that if you were already logged in on another device, it will be closed.

Enter your RUT and when we ask you to Enter your Password, select the I forgot my Password button. We will send you a verification code to your email box with which you can access the creation of your new password.

PERFIL

If you are Digital Corp, go to Menu > Settings to edit your profile data. If you are a Member, you can do it from the Youtopia Company App, by going to My Profile > Settings.

If you are Digital Corp, you can edit your phone number, address and photo from Content.

Go to Menu > Settings, and you can upload or modify your profile picture.

If you are Digital Corp, you can change your password by going to Menu > Settings > Password. If you are a Member, you can do it from the Youtopia Company App, by going to My Profile > Settings.
